Service details

Foundations under 21s service offers a bespoke outreach service for anyone who wants to make changes to their drug or alcohol use, learn more about substances or become abstinent.

We work with you to create a care plan that addresses your needs and will work alongside you to meet your goals.

We can help you to learn what other services there are in your community, who could help you.

Foundations also offers support for those who are affected by someone else’s use. If you are a young person parent care giver or family member Foundations has specific dedicated support for you. This service covers the whole of Suffolk and you do not have to be living with the person who is using drugs or alcohol to access support.

We also work in close partnership with Iceni so if your needs may be better met by Iceni then we will make this happen. Making sure to keep you informed and empowered.
