Our free Stop Smoking and Wellbeing Service is available to anyone aged 18 and over who lives, works, studies, or receives care in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham.
We can also offer targeted support to:
· People with mental health conditions
· Pregnant women
· Individuals within the criminal justice and probation service
· People with alcohol dependence
