At Turning Point, we get to know you as a person, to understand exactly what you need to start your recovery and live a healthier life. There are many paths to a life free from drugs and alcohol and together we can find the path that's right for you.
Opening times
Monday 10.00am to 4.00pm open access – 16.00pm to 7.00pm (appointment only) phone lines open until 7.00pm,
Tuesday 10.00am to 4.00pm open access – phone lines open until 4.30pm,
Wednesday 10.00am to 12.00 noon open access – phone lines open until 12.30pm,
Thursday 10.00am to 4.00pm open access – phone line open until 4.30pm,
Friday 10.00am to 4.00pm open access – phone line open until 4.30pm
Catchment area
Bury St. Edmunds and surrounding areas. Turning Point covers the whole of Suffolk and has additional Hubs in Ipswich and Lowestoft.
Turning Point also work out of the following satellite hubs on these days:

Tuesday Mildenhall, Newmarket, Sudbury, Haverhill Brandon (appointment only),
Wednesday No satellite service,
