The NHS Health Check service is also available throughout the year at YMCA Leisure (East Surrey) which is based in Reigate/Redhill area. They can serve our East Surrey population and are working closely with our practices to bolster delivery.
We also work with North West Surrey Integrated Care System (NICS) who help assist the programme in North West Surrey place

GPs send out texts with varied messages (similar to above).
Community pharmacy is opportunistic.
Community events advertise in the community via posters etc.
Description of service
The NHS Health Check is a simple check of your heart health. Aimed at adults in England aged 40 to 74, it checks your vascular or circulatory health and works out your risk of developing some of the most disabling – but preventable – illnesses. It is free of charge, including any follow-up tests or appointments.
