Sunderland Headlight aims to provide a support system to help mental health service users gain the confidence and skills that will support them on the road to recovery, independence, and to be productive in the community. We offer social sessions, a number of activities, Listening Sessions, a Generalist Advice Service, and Meet & Greets for people seeking support from our organisation.
