Everyone should feel comfortable getting the support they need with drug or alcohol challenges.

We provide a free, confidential and friendly service to anyone living across Stoke-on-Trent - this includes adults, young people, and families.

We can see you where you feel most comfortable and can provide advice and information, one to one support, assessment, and depending on your age, brief or clinical interventions.

We run a number of free and confidential services to support adults experiencing challenges with drugs or alcohol. This includes:

Specialist prescribing

Needle and syringe programme

Criminal justice interventions

Alcohol group support

Drug group support

Naloxone provision and training

Specialist advice and treatment for veterans

Lived experience community

1-1 psychosocial interventions

Testing for Blood Borne Viruses

Individual Placement and Support

We also run the Stoke Recovery Service, which provides free, tailored aftercare support for people who are in abstinent recovery from substances and alcohol. This includes:

1:1 recovery focused appointments

Recovery groups

Social recovery support

Creative recovery

Therapy

Support with employability

Evening and online groups

Long-term aftercare support

Peer support

Opening times

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
