We are delivering Health Checks in community venues in some GP and Pharmacies and via our NEW Health Check Mobile Van across Staffordshire to find your closest clinic and book an appointment please contact us.

Referral method

Contact Everyone Health to arrange a health check if you're aged between 40-74 you live in Staffordshire you've not had a health check in the last five years and have no history of the following conditions:

you haven't had a stroke

you don't already have heart disease

you don't already have diabetes

you don't already have kidney disease

Description of service

The NHS Health Check is a simple check of your heart health. Aimed at adults in England aged 40 to 74, it checks your vascular or circulatory health and works out your risk of developing some of the most disabling – but preventable – illnesses. It is free of charge, including any follow-up tests or appointments.

This service is available to eligible residents or patients registered to a GP in this catchment area.
