About
Specialist Autism Services (formally known as Sacar) was first established in October 1999 in Bradford with a District wide remit due to increasing demands from parents and carers of people with Autism and Asperger’s Syndrome. We work for and with adults on the Autism Spectrum, and provide a range of services including in person and online social skills groups, employment support, Autism specific counselling, and Autism Training across the Country

Bradford, Leeds, Autism First-Shipley: Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5pm

There is a lift at both the Bradford and Shipley sites

Target group
Individuals 18+ who have a diagnosis of autism or are in the process of seeking a diagnosis
Referral method
People can self-refer, and we also receive referrals from adult social care, employers, educators, health care professionals and parents/carers.
