About

The Southall Day Centre organises a range of health, social and recreational activities particularly aimed at combating social exclusion and isolation amongst older people, and people with disabilities. We also organise learning opportunities for adults.

Southall Day Centre is a popular drop-in day centre offering a weekly timetable of activities including exercises, yoga, singing, arts and crafts, cards and board games, cultural celebrations and other activities. We also offer the opportunity for people to join exercise sessions from their homes by using Zoom. The centre also works with partners who deliver ESOL classes, including IT, sewing classes, a sewing club, and evening games and yoga sessions.

Please email the centre for a copy of the current timetable of activities and to register for Zoom exercise sessions.
