Offers free, weekly one to one or group sessions over 12 weeks, as well as a free weekly supply of Nicotine Replacement Therapy. Service available to anyone who lives,works or who is resident in Wokingham, Reading, Bracknell Forest or West Berkshire or is registered with a GP in Wokingham.
