Self Help Group meets 7.30pm - 8.30pm and will meet on alternate Fridays.

SEED also offers a drop-in service every Friday 2pm - 4pm.

Carer Advice and Information Clinic 7.30 - 8.30pm every alternate Friday, around support groups.

Drop in service every Friday 1.30 - 3pm.
