Service details
Salford Specialist Stop Smoking Service is part of the council's health improvement service.
The professional team of advisers run friendly drop-in sessions across the city, see below. You can just turn up at the any of these sessions, or if you'd prefer you can book an appointment at one of the sessions by calling us on 0800 952 1000 (option 2). Alternatively, you can book a one to one session at a time and place to suit you.
A specialist will work with you to find the best techniques to help you quit, as they don't believe there is one solution for everyone. If you're really struggling to quit, the service has specialist advisers who can help you tackle some of the reasons why you smoke and provide more intensive support to you.
