Salford Heart Care is the place for practical support for heart care patients and their families and carers in Salford.

We offer gentle exercise, stress management and group relaxation sessions, holistic therapies and weight management support at our Healthy Heart Clubs operating across the City of Salford. We also encourage volunteering and many of our members take an active role at the group. There are social activities and trips organised for the members, as well as informative presentations, delivered by health care professionals.
