Richmond Community Drug and Alcohol Service is a Consortium of service providers led by South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. The partner service providers are We Are With You, CDARS (Community Drug and Alcohol Recovery Services) and St Mungos. We offer free and evidence based treatment for people living in Richmond who want to change their use of drugs and alcohol.

We offer:

· Advice and information on substance misuse

· Specialist blood borne virus (BBV) testing and support including hepatitis C treatment

· Needle exchange

· Volunteering and peer mentoring

· Relapse prevention

· Abstinent Day Programme and group work support

· Prescribing for detoxification, stabilisation, or to support recovery

· Community alcohol treatment

· Assessment for funded abstinent based treatment and residential rehabilitation

· Psychology and counselling services

· Support for people experiencing domestic violence and abuse

· Specialist substance misuse social work support

· Housing advice

· Education, training and employment support (ETE, IPS)

Opening times

Monday: 9:00am–4:30pm, Tuesday: 9:00am–1:00pm (women only) / 1:00pm–4:30pm, Wednesday: 9:00am–1:00pm, Thursday: 9:00am–4:30pm, Friday: 9:00am–4:30pm

Referral method

The quickest way to be seen is to pop in during our walk-in assessment sessions. Our assessment drop in times are:

Monday: 09:00–10:30, Tuesday: 09:00–10:30 (Women only), Wednesday: 09:00–10:30, Thursday: 09:00–10:30, Friday: 09:00–10:30.
