Project Colt is a place for recovery, improving mental health, increasing employability and purpose by offering a range of therapeutic services including:

· Addiction recovery groups

· Ladies’ self-esteem group

· Community well-being activities

· Volunteering opportunities

· Counselling

· Progression into employment
