About this service:
PostScript360 supports people to reduce the harms caused by prescription drugs, prescribed or bought illicitly. We provide a wrap-around service that includes a Telephone Support Service, One-to-One Therapy, an Advocacy Service, Group Therapy, Knowledge Sharing and Prevention Awareness. We also provide Private Therapy as well.
Telephone Support Service
This service is provided over the telephone and online face to face calls. We provide one-to-one talking therapy, a support plan, a personalised taper schedules and ongoing support while you are tapering off your medication.
One to One Therapy
Is the beginning of our journey, the practitioner will spend time getting to know you, work with you towards your personalised taper schedule, support plan and your goals. Once you have reduced your medication, and are managing your taper, you will be invited to join Therapy 300.
Therapy 300
Is a face-to-face group therapy, you will discover coping techniques that will help to alleviate withdrawal symptoms, you will learn healthy coping mechanisms to manage your moods, stress, and boredom. You will learn to recognise your emotional triggers and to create an actionable plan to manage them.
Advocacy
We provide an advocacy service on behalf of our clients, we stand up for our client’s rights, implementing a tapering schedule that suits the patient.
Knowledge Sharing
PostScript360 shares its knowledge with health practitioners and other professionals who come into direct contact with clients either face-to-face, over the phone or online, who use prescribed drugs.
