Phab Life is a South Essex-based charity dedicated to creating inclusive opportunities for disabled, neurodivergent and non-disabled people to come together, build friendships, develop confidence and become active members of their community. Through projects including The Phabulous Café (189 Leigh Road, Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, SS9 1JE) and The Phab Shop (157a High Street, Rayleigh, Essex, SS6 7QA), alongside social groups, work experience, volunteering and supported employment opportunities, Phab Life helps people gain valuable life skills, improve wellbeing and reach their full potential in a welcoming and supportive environment. Our focus is on breaking down barriers, reducing social isolation and creating communities where everyone belongs.
