About
We help provide the tools that children, young people and families need to create brighter futures for themselves. We provide mental health support, one-to-one support sessions, and advice and guidance to those who are facing challenges which hold them back from living a life that they want. We work across the East of England and support a range of individuals; children and young people coping with a loved one in prison, children and young people dealing with mental health issues, prisoners' families and rehabilitating ex-offenders, and women who have had a child removed from their care.

We take referrals from health visitors, GP's, nurseries and schools..
