About

They have over 20 different services running across their area, including out-of-hours crisis support, help with life transitions, support for young parents, specialist employment support, counselling and mentoring.

Their Advice Centre on Southampton High Street is open for over 40 hours each week, including two evenings and Saturday morning. Here, young people can get support from youth workers on a wide range of issues including housing, employment, money, family and relationships, domestic violence, substance use, sexual health, mental and physical wellbeing.

They also run health and wellbeing drop-ins in secondary schools and colleges across Southampton, where students can speak to youth workers and find out more about a different theme each time.
