About
An inclusive, accessible Centre dedicated to helping people lead happy, healthy, independent lives. Supports those with neurological conditions, though some therapies help others too. The Centre offers hyperbaric oxygen therapy, physiotherapy-led adapted gym services, an anti-gravity treadmill, counselling and a range of adapted classes, including exercise, yoga, pilates and tai chi. The Centre provides practical support to enable individuals to take part in a variety of activities, whatever their mobility - and provides information, signposting to other services, and social events.
Opening times
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 9am - 4pm, Thursday: 6pm - 7.30pm
