About

The Branch covers Southampton and all areas with postcodes beginning with SO. We hold regular support meetings for people living with MND and their carers, family and friends. These provide an opportunity to meet with other people living with the disease, and to share experiences and ideas.

The Branch also has a team of trained Association Visitors who offer a befriending role, providing support, information, and an ongoing link with the Association to people living with MND.

We can provide practical support in the form of liaison with health and social care professionals such as Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and the Medical Profession, and we can provide specialist equipment to improve the quality of life of all those affected by the disease.

Target group

People living with MND and their carers, family and friends.
