The Derbyshire Branch of the Motor Neurone Disease Association held its inaugural meeting on the 22 October 1986. The Branch was established with the sole aim of serving all those in the area who are affected by Motor Neurone Disease (MND). This includes people with MND, their carers, family and friends.

We also liaise with health and Social Care Professionals such as Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists and the Medical Profession.

If you are wondering which way to turn because yo or someone near and dear to you, has recently been diagnosed with the condition - our Branch is hear to help and advise.
