About PALS

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service, known as PALS, has been introduced to ensure that the NHS listens to patients, their relatives, carers and friends, and answers their questions and resolves their concerns as quickly as possible.

PALS also helps the NHS to improve services by listening to what matters to patients and their loved ones and making changes, when appropriate.

Information

Our Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS) is a free and confidential service for anyone who has concerns about aspects of care that you a friend or family member has received.

PALS are here to help you identify what to do where to go and who to speak to for support. We are available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. If you need to contact us outside of these hours you can leave a confidential message on our answer machine and a member of the team will contact you as soon as possible.
