About PALS

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service, known as PALS, has been introduced to ensure that the NHS listens to patients, their relatives, carers and friends, and answers their questions and resolves their concerns as quickly as possible.

PALS also helps the NHS to improve services by listening to what matters to patients and their loved ones and making changes, when appropriate.

If you need advice or have any concerns about your care or that of a relative please contact our PALS team.

Our PALS team is located in offices next to the WH Smith shop at the Lister from where it covers enquiries/requests about all four of the Trust's hospitals. The team can be contacted directly 01438 284678.
