To collect your free vitamins, you’ll have to show your NHS Healthy Start card.
Ask your midwife or health visitor if you need any further advice or visit https://www.healthystart.nhs.uk/getting-vitaminssss/

In order to request healthy start vitamins eligible parents (those who have a prepaid card) can contact us directly by email at healthystart@lincolnshire.gov.uk or by telephoning the Children’s Health Single Point of Access at 01522 843 000.
