Care at Home Services designed to support disabled people in their own homes. The service is based at Irthlingborough and covers the area of East Northants. A flexible care package can be provided to meet the needs of each individual. Anything can be provided from a few hours support up to 24-hour care. They can assist with personal care and daily living tasks, such as cooking and shopping. Not only physical needs are met but also emotional and social needs.
