About
- As a group we try to support each other through the sad times and share our good times. This is done with lots of coffee and biscuits and a very inclusive warm atmosphere. We have weekly meetings and various monthly speakers, fund-raising events and social events
- meals, trips, quiz nights,therapies.

The Weekly meetings are held every Friday 10:30 am to 12:30pm except Bank Holidays.

We are based in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, but we extend a warm welcome to anyone in the surrounding villages and our neighbouring towns of Dunstable, Luton, Milton Keynes, Bletchley and Aylesbury. In fact it doesn't matter where you live, a warm welcome awaits you.
