We support children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and their parents and carers to help with any concerns or questions.

We do this by providing a free, impartial and confidential service through our website and online resources. You can also contact us through our helpline.

Opening times

Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm.

Outside of these hours, you can leave us a message using our 24 hour answerphone service.
