Service details

Lambeth Child and Adolescent Community Service is a Tier 3 mental health service. We provide assessment, treatment and care for young people, aged 0-18, who have moderate to severe mental health difficulties which impact on their functioning. We also will see young people and their families where substance misuse is co-occurring with a mental health disorder. To be seen in the service, children and young people must be registered with a Lambeth GP.

We offer clinic based mental health services in the community. The team is multi-disciplinary and includes child and adolescent psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, community psychiatric nurses, child psychotherapists, occupational therapists, as well as creative therapists. We are an IAPT service and we offer individual and family interventions, psychological therapies including talk therapies, creative therapies and medication management in line with NICE guidelines.
