About Healthy Start vitamins
To collect your free vitamins, you’ll have to show your NHS Healthy Start card.
Ask your midwife or health visitor if you need any further advice or visit https://www.healthystart.nhs.uk/getting-vitaminssss/

In the 12 districts of Kent County Council vitamins are posted through your letterbox every 8 weeks.
To request this please complete this form: Healthy Start Vitamins Request Form icscmc@kent.gov.uk
You will be asked to send us a picture of your card (front only), please remember to cover your 16-digit card number. Vitamins will then be distributed by the Central Monitoring & Compliance Team and will be sent directly to your address.
If you have any issues filling in the online form, please take your card to your local Children’s Centre and someone will assist you.
