Jewish Blind and Disabled is dedicated to providing a life of independence, dignity and choice for any adult, from the age of 18 upwards, who is has a physical disability or vision impairment. This is through the provision of mobility apartments to rent, with 24/7 on site support from house managers.

Jewish Blind and Disabled provides adapted housing for rent, suitable for people with physical or sensory impairments who can live independently. Services include night and day support staff and an alarm service.

Their Independent Living Advisory Service offers advice on aids and adaptations that can help someone to remain independent in their own home.

9am-5.30pm Monday- Thursday,

9am - 2pm Friday

Access

All flats are designed for those with disabilities and adjustments will be made to meet a tenants needs.

Target group

Tenants qualify through an assessment process

Criteria is physical disability or vision impairment

Identifying as a member of the Jewish faith is a criteria

Referral method

Referrals come through GPs and other voluntary organisations or personal enquiries.
