We support the patients of Ide Lane Surgery in the following ways:: Transport to and from the surgery, hospital, dentist or optician etc. if you find getting there difficult due to age, disability or other special circumstances. Visiting: friendship for those who are lonely or isolated at home. Comfort: sensitive support for those who have recently been bereaved. Carers' Support: advice and support for carers and a carers support group. Sitting: volunteers can sit with people to give their carers a break. Carers: We meet bi-monthly to share experiences and offer support over a cup of coffee.
