About
At Housing Matters (formerly known as CHAS (Bristol)), we offer advice, support and advocacy for people who need help with their housing. We believe that housing is a human right, and we have been enacting this through our high-quality advice service and community partnership projects since 1965.
Housing Matters provides specialist advice on complex housing issues, but just as important is our welcoming and supportive approach. We work with clients for as long as it takes to get their housing issues resolved, and to help to provide a solution to every client’s housing crisis.
