About

HILT supports adults with a learning disability to live as part of the community, and as independently as possible.

We currently work in Hackney, Islington, Tower Hamlets and Newham.

We support people at home and in the community to do whatever they want to do.

Hilt staff and volunteers are trained to support each person as an individual so they can get the most of their life and make their own choices.
