Hft Cornwall offers a range of support options for people with learning disabilities, helping them to live the life they choose.

We offer supported living, residential services, short breaks and day opportunities such as supported employment, education and leisure. We can also provide specialised services for people with Prader Willi Syndrome, Complex Needs and Autism.

We work closely with the people we support, their families and local partners to deliver effective services that are tailored to individual needs, whether for a few hours a week or around the clock.

Our services are available in Devon and Cornwall.
