About

Hft is a national charity with many years experience supporting

adults with learning disabilities and their families to make choices

about the life they want to live.

In Gloucestershire we offer a range of opportunities for people with learning disabilities. We put the individual at the centre of everything we do, so talk to us. Some people ask for 24 hour support whilst others just want to employ us for a few hours a week.

Supported Living - support to live in your own home, or in transition of moving from a family home for more independence

Domiciliary Care - support that comes to you in your home or family home, including those with dementia

Supported Employment - develop skills for work, either paid or voluntary and support to find a job

Leisure - supported activities within your local community

Transition - support with changes in your life, this is especially important for young people leaving schools and colleges

We also Manage residential care facilities , personalised technology support and advice - electronic devices, sensors, pagers and environmental controls to support in daily life and allow greater independence eg. finger print locks, medication dispensers and other devices should you wish to discuss this.
