Help and Care seeks to provide services to enable people to lead fulfilling lives and be part of their community. We work closely with our NHS and Local Authority partners as well as other organisations in the area. Person centred services and community engagement activities are our main focus.

Any person aged 18+ registered with a Dorset GP. Focus is on people with health conditions, caring responsibilities and lifestyles that affect their ability to manage and lead fulfilling lives.

Help and Care are a leading NHS funded Social Prescribing service in Dorset offering a range of coaching, group training and link working options for clients.
