Our Stop Smoking Advisors at Healthy Hounslow have a wealth of training and experience in smoking cessation and helping clients with behaviour change.
You can join our stop smoking programme if...
You have used tobacco/smoked in the past 48 hours, are over 12 years of age and are either:
• A resident of Hounslow
• A student in Hounslow
• Working in Hounslow
• Registered with a GP in Hounslow
You will begin with a free tailored programme which includes regular sessions with your Stop Smoking Advisor, Carbon Monoxide monitoring and access to a variety of treatments. Advisors offer a combination of face to face and telephone/online support.
We can help you find what works best for you. That might be a direct supply of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) or prescription medication (if applicable). Healthy Hounslow are here to support you to stay smoke-free.
