Our Stop Smoking Support service provides free, friendly support to help you quit smoking and stay smoke-free. The 12-week programme is available to anyone aged 13 and over and includes regular support from a trained stop smoking adviser. Appointments are available remotely or face-to-face, and we can offer a range of options to help you quit, including nicotine replacement therapy (NRT), vaping kits and stop smoking medication, where appropriate. Whether you are ready to quit now or would like to find out more, our team is here to support you every step of the way.
