About
First Step (a registered charity) provides support to families of babies and young children with special needs and/or disabilities living in the London Borough of Havering and local areas.
First Step offers families the opportunity to meet in a welcoming, understanding and supportive environment. A range of support services and sessions are provided offering an holistic approach, aiming to assist with the well-being of the whole family.
Opening times
9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday
Access
We have a fully accessible premises, with wide doors, ramps and toilets for the disabled. The outdoor play areas are safe and secure. There are 2 playrooms, music therapy room, multi-sensory room, family room, medical / meeting room and large hall.

Referral method
