Service details

The Family Help service in East Riding is designed to support families at all stages, from pregnancy to young adulthood. Support is available through Children’s Centres, family support teams, and school and community teams, ensuring that help is accessible locally and quickly when needed. Every school has a named practitioner to assist families, helping to identify and address issues early.
