The aim of the Association is to provide a supportive environment for our members and carers, where choice is paramount. We endeavour to make our day centres welcoming, safe and they also provide a low cost meal, with a teapot that never runs dry.
Our members have long and enduring Mental Health problems, and our success is that the majority feel that they can walk through our front door with confidence, and a feeling of self-worth. We offer a quality of life, mutual respect, and try to cater for the individuals needs and we are providing a valuable service.

10am - 3.30pm Monday-Friday
