About

Enfield Asian Welfare Association provides various services to the Asian community living in the London borough of Enfield. Help is particularly given to the elderly and disabled and those with mild mental health issues, or those who are isolated from the wider community.

Our services include:

1) A Day Care centre for Asian Elderly people, with inbuilt respite for Carers and

activities tailored for people with disabilities, like chair Yoga, Chair Tai Chi, Chair Dance, Flower arranging. We provide an Asian vegetarian lunch. Reflexology and Indian Head Massage for day care clients. Opportunities to socialise and make friends - http://www.eawa.org.uk/day-care-centre/
