Ekta provides befriending and support for asian elders who are mildly depressed, confused, isolated, frail, recently bereaved, disabled, housebound and are not aware of their rights due to language barriers. We ran a network of elderly care groups, which are led by volunteers but supported by, staff. We provide swimming sessions, health walks, exercise sessions
