At This Forward hub, we provide a full range of alcohol and substance use interventions for adult service users living in the Dover and Folkestone area.
With a specialist service centre in Dover and the surrounding community-based clinics stretching from Folkestone to Deal, the Dover and Folkestone hub offers a full range of drug and alcohol treatment packages.
This Forward hub supports service users across the Shepway and Dover districts, drawing on the experience of our dedicated team of professionals to provide the most appropriate treatment options available. The support Forward staff offer at the Dover hub is tailored to each person’s needs, so will look slightly different for everyone.

Monday 9am - 5pm, Tuesday 9am - 5pm, Wednesday 9am – 5pm, Thursday 2pm – 5pm, Friday 9am - 5pm
