Dementia UK is the specialist dementia nursing charity that is there for the whole family. Our specialist nurses, known as Admiral Nurses, provide life-changing advice and support, to anyone affected by dementia, whenever it is needed.

Monday to Friday, 9am–9pm
Saturday to Sunday, 9am-5pm
Open bank holidays (9am-5pm), except 25th December
