Crossroads Together is a registered charity dedicated to providing information, advice and practical support to unpaid carers of all ages and the people they care for. We provide a range of services including care in the home, carer breaks and a carers information service. We also run a range of groups to support those who feel isolated or for people with disabilities or complex needs.

Opening times

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Service available: 24-hour service.

Office hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday-Thursday, 9am - 4.30pm Fridays.

Crossroads Together Greater Manchester offer a wide range of services :• Adult Services, Home Based Carer Breaks, Specialist Personal Care• Dementia Care Services, Personal Care Home Based Carer Breaks• Support Groups Musical Memories is a singing and music group for people with a poor memory, dementia, and the unpaid carers who support them. Referral method

Carers and families can self refer to some services, however other services are accessed by a referral from statutory agencies. Please contact us to find out more.
