About
Crossroads Care is a charity that provides help to those who are caring for a dependant relative or friend living at home.
We make available the service of a trained Carer Support Worker, who will be able to take over the carer's role, whilst the carer takes a break.
We run several social clubs for the person with care needs, including a walking group. We also have a young befriending service.
Opening times
9am-3pm Monday - Friday.
Access
The office is wheelchair friendly.
Target group
Carers only.
Referral method
People can self refer or referrals come via social services, GP surgeries, District Nurses,other local health organisations and other voluntary organisations. People can make referrals via the phone, e mail, letter, or by coming into the office.
