Cornwall Stroke Services are a team of stroke specialist nurses who offer information and advice to people who have had a stroke in relation to symptoms, risk factor management and adapting to changes following stroke. Assessments are carried out by phone at clinics or at home as required. Support and advice for carers and referral on to specialist career services as required. Work closely with stroke rehabilitation therapy services.
