The NHS Health Check Service is available through Randox Health who have a clinic situated in central Doncaster at: Cussins House (22-28 Wood Street Doncaster DN1 3LW).
Community-based health checks may also be available for those who cannot access the clinic. Please see https://nhshcdoncaster.randox.com for details of venues and appointment availability.
Referral method
If you are 40-74 years old without a pre-existing condition you may receive a letter inviting you for a free NHS Health Check with details of how to book your appointment.

Description of service
The NHS Health Check is a simple check of your heart health. Aimed at adults in England aged 40 to 74, it checks your vascular or circulatory health and works out your risk of developing some of the most disabling – but preventable – illnesses. It is free of charge, including any follow-up tests or appointments.
